£1,750.00

Antique Belle Époque Ring

18ct Gold & Platinum Tested

Circa 1900

A truly enchanting Belle Époque ring, exuding the elegance and artistry of the early 20th century. This exquisite piece is crafted in rich 18ct yellow gold, with a delicately worked platinum setting that showcases its fine gemstones to luminous effect.

At the heart of the design sits a vivid green emerald, its fresh, vibrant hue providing a striking contrast to the surrounding old-cut diamonds. A larger solitaire diamond rises gracefully above, while a series of smaller diamonds trace the flowing, ribbon-like curves and leaf motifs that define this romantic, nature-inspired design. The openwork form gives the ring an airy, almost lace-like quality, characteristic of Belle Époque craftsmanship.

The combination of platinum-topped detailing and warm gold beneath was a hallmark of the era, allowing the diamonds to shine brilliantly while maintaining structural strength and subtle contrast.

The face of the ring measures approximately 17.2mm in height and 13mm in width. The emerald and diamond both measure approxiamtely 3mm in diameter.
