This is a 9ct yellow gold articulated fish pendant, hallmarked in London in 1972. Crafted with detailed scale and fin work, the body is composed of multiple hinged segments, allowing fluid movement that mimics the natural motion of a swimming fish.
A playful yet finely made piece, it combines whimsy with craftsmanship, typical of 1970s novelty goldwork.
The pendant measures approximately 42mm in length including loop, 10mm in width and 5mm in depth.
