This is a finely crafted 18ct gold heart pendant, beautifully engraved with delicate detailing and set with a single sparkling diamond at its centre. The warm tone of the high‑carat gold enhances the elegance of the piece, while the hand‑engraved pattern adds depth, texture, and a sense of traditional craftsmanship.
The heart measures approximately 23mm in height including the bail, 13.4mm in width & 3.8mm in depth
