Antique Padlock Chain
15ct Yellow Gold Stamped
Circa 1900
A rare and romantic Edwardian necklace crafted in rich, glowing 15-carat yellow gold. Measuring a generous 22.5 inches, this piece features beautifully constructed cable links secured by an authentic antique heart padlock clasp, complete with classic stud-rivet detailing and keyhole motif.
The heart padlock functions as both a secure working fastener and an eye-catching focal pendant that sits at the front of the neck. Thanks to its versatile length, the chain can easily be worn on its own as a statement piece, doubled around the wrist as a wrap bracelet, or layered with other antique chains and charms.
The chain measures approximately 22 1/2 inches in length and 2.3mm in width. The heart padlock measures 25.2mm in height and 16.6mm in width.
