A romantic and collectable treasure from the early Edwardian era, this antique puffy heart pendant is crafted in luminous 9ct rose gold. At its centre, a twinkling natural diamond rests within a hand-engraved celestial star setting—a classic motif favoured during the period to symbolise guidance, eternity, and love.
The heart features a gently domed "puffy" profile with smooth, rounded contours that sit beautifully against the chest. The reverse is fully and crisply hallmarked for 9ct gold at the historic Chester Assay Office, dated 1904—adding provenance from an assay office beloved by antique collectors that closed its doors in 1962.
The pendant measures approximately 18.5mm in height and 15.5mm in width.
