Antique Double Sided Gold Locket
Circa 1900
A charming circular locket in softly patinated rose gold, richly decorated on both front and reverse. The obverse showcases a central repoussé medallion with stylised floral engravings, framed by a finely chased border of scrollwork and foliate motifs.
9ct Rose Gold Back & Front Stamped
*The term gold front & back is often used to describe antique gold lockets which have a front back made from gold.
The gold front and back are applied to a base metal frame or sometimes sterling silver.
The supporting frame of the locket and hinge are base metal.

Width Approx 20mm, depth 4mm
