9ct Yellow Gold Tested
Circa 1910
A finely crafted pendant in 9ct yellow gold, emblematic of the early 20th-century suffragette movement. The openwork frame features symmetrical scrolls and foliate motifs, delicately chased to evoke Edwardian elegance. At its centre rests a rectangular peridot symbolising hope, flanked by creamy seed pearls representing purity. A teardrop-shaped amethyst suspends below, signifying dignity, completing the iconic green, white, and violet palette associated with the suffragette cause “Give Women Votes”
The pendant measures approximately 54mm in height including loop and 34mm in width.
Peridot measures approximately 6mm x 4mm
Amethyst measures approximately 5mm x 3.5mm
