Antique Starburst Brooch/ Pendant

A charming Edwardian brooch crafted in 9ct yellow gold, designed in a starburst. The piece features a central old-cut diamond set in a raised claw mount, encircled by a symmetrical arrangement of natural seed pearls, each nestled in finely millegrained settings. The goldwork is delicately pierced and shaped to enhance the radiance of the pearls and central stone.
Fitted with a traditional brooch pin and safety clasp to the reverse, the piece also includes a discreet hinged loop, allowing it to be worn as a pendant. This dual-purpose fitting makes it a versatile jewel, equally suited to lapel or neckline wear.
Measures approximately 30mm x 30mm
