Antique Citrine Brooch
9ct Gold Tested
Circa 1910
Antique citrine brooch, centred with an oval‑cut citrine of warm honey‑amber tone, held in a rub‑over collet and framed by two interlocking oval rings in polished 9ct gold. Small gold sphere accents punctuate the outer frame, giving the piece its characteristic Edwardian openwork lightness. Fitted with a hinged pin and C‑catch, typical of the period.
The brooch has been tested as 9ct gold and retains a lovely antique patina that enhances its character and age.
The brooch measures approximately 25mm in height and 20mm in width.
Citrine measures approximately 15mm x 12mm
