The openwork cartouche is composed of finely scrolling curves and leaf-like flourishes, echoing the naturalistic elegance of the Belle Époque. Platinum accents lend crisp definition to the gold framework, with millegrain edging enhancing the delicate silhouette. Old-cut diamonds are set in graduated sizes throughout.
