18ct yellow gold ring, set with three round-cut sapphires and two old-cut diamonds in alternating order. Each stone is claw-set into the band, flush with the surface. The sapphires are deep blue; the diamonds are bright and well-preserved.
The front of the ring measures approximately 6mm in height and tapers to 2mm at the back.
