18ct gold ring set with three old cut diamonds and four additional rose cut diamonds, the stones arranged within a finely modelled leaf motif mount, the sculpted gold foliage curling around each diamond to create a soft, organic Art Nouveau feel.
The ring measures approximately 9mm in height and approximately 2mm band at back
