Victorian Pearl Floral Brooch
15ct Gold Tested
Circa 1880
An elegant late Victorian brooch, oval in form and crafted in richly hued 15ct yellow gold. The central motif is a raised floral cluster composed of nine pearls, each delicately set to evoke the softness of petals or buds. The surrounding gold mount is finely chased with foliate scrollwork and softly scalloped edging, lending depth and texture to the composition. The reverse is fitted with a period C-clasp and pin.
The brooch measures approximately 28mm in height and 34mm in width.
