Hallmarked Birmingham date letter worn
A finely worked Edwardian brooch in 15ct yellow gold, formed as an open scrolling panel with applied wirework, granule accents, and shaped gold elements arranged symmetrically. It is set with one round ruby and two diamonds.
The reverse carries a Birmingham assay mark and 15ct fineness stamp, with the date letter worn but consistent with early‑20th‑century manufacture. Fitted with its original hinged pin, C‑catch, and a gold safety chain with guard pin.
The brooch measures approximately 46mm in length and 15mm in width.
