Circa 1880
Victorian oval locket in 15ct gold, intricately engraved to both sides. The front features a central “C” monogram framed by foliate scrollwork and geometric detailing, all rendered in crisp, symmetrical relief. The reverse bears complementary engraving in a stylised floral motif, creating visual balance and elegance.
Hinged to open, with interior compartments for miniature portraits or keepsakes. A fine example of late 19th-century goldwork, combining sentiment with craftsmanship.
