Antique Amethyst Pearl Necklace
15ct Gold Tested
Circa 1910
An exquisite Edwardian necklace dating to around 1910, crafted in solid 15ct yellow gold and set with two oval amethysts and fifteen lustrous seed pearls. The pendant features graceful openwork scrolls and delicate foliate details, creating the light, romantic silhouette so characteristic of the era. Two articulated gold drops add elegant movement, each finished with a beautifully set oval cut amethyst.
The pendant drop measures approximately 47mm in length and width at widest point approx 25mm. The necklace measures 16 inches in total length, and the chain is 1mm in thickness.
